Junior Couture Trading LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and able to provide excellent support to customers across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through
calls, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
efficiently Maintain accurate records in systems such asOdoo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns
Work on a shifting schedule
to ensure coverageQualifications:
Previous experience in
customer service
is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Familiarity withOdoo, Salesforce, or similar systems
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexible with shifting schedules
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 per month
