Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a
professional, courteous, and timely manner
Communicate clearly while upholding the company's values, quality standards, and brand voice
Accurately record customer feedback and insights to support service improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Strong proficiency in
spoken and written English
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or a related role is an advantage
Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
Candidates holding a
valid visa
will be given preference
