Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist - Dubai Branch

Duties and Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Handle customer inquiries regarding products, prices, offers, and opening hours.

Accurately receive and confirm orders.

Coordinate between customers and the production team to ensure timely order processing.

Manage payment processes, issue invoices, and maintain a daily order log.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Handle and resolve complaints or feedback, or escalate them to management as needed.

Adhere to bakery policies and provide excellent customer service.

Skills and Requirements:



Fluency in Arabic and English.



Prestigious appearance and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Knowledge of using POS systems is preferred.

Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.

Punctuality and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
