Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective
sales and telesales techniques
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and promote courses
Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and registrations
Support student enrollment and payment coordination
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service standards
Requirements
Proven experience in
customer service, sales, or telesales
(education or training sector preferred)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in
English
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools for sales communication and customer follow-ups
Must have own valid UAE residency visa and Emirates ID
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Monday to Thursday:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday:
12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
