Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person
Provide accurate information about company services
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously
Maintain records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati)
Strong communication skills in
Arabic and English
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Basic computer and MS Office skills
Prior customer service experience is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome)
