Customer Service Representative
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide professional support and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
Female candidates only preferred
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Must be currently in the UAE
