We're looking for a sharp, reliable CSR to manage customer interactions across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social channels. The role requires handling order queries, delivery follow-ups, complaint resolution, and coordinating with operations to ensure smooth, on-time fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries promptly with accurate information.
Manage order changes, delivery tracking, and issues in real time.
Coordinate with florists, dispatch, and support teams to resolve problems quickly.
Maintain high communication standards and professional tone at all times.
Document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-through.
Requirements
Arabic fluency is mandatory
(spoken & written).
Strong English communication.
Prior experience in customer support or call centre roles.
Ability to multitask under pressure and handle escalations calmly.
Familiarity with CRM tools or order-management systems is a plus.
