Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
