What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, feedback, and re-engaging customers. Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp/messages: answer questions, explain services, and guide customers smoothly. Help customers book appointments and feel comfortable every step of the way. Keep records and notes updated so the whole team stays in sync. Stay positive, kind, and solution-focused - even with tricky situations.
What You Bring:
Experience in customer service (and/or marketing is a bonus). A plus: You know what is Botox or any Aesthetic Treatment. Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone. Organized, reliable, and happy to work in a team-oriented, fair, and supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
