Job Description
What You Will Do
Talk to customers by phone, email, or chat. Answer questions about products or services. Help customers solve problems quickly and politely. Process orders, returns, and customer account updates. Record customer information and issues in the system. Send difficult cases to a supervisor when needed. Always be friendly, patient, and professional.
What You Need
High school diploma or similar. Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to stay calm in stressful situations. Ability to work well with a team.
