Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound phone calls, handling email requests, and interacting with customers face-to-face. This role demands a friendly, helpful approach, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and promoting a customer-first mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions professionally and courteously. Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing clear and accurate information. Resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring a positive experience. Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships Promote and upsell company products and services as opportunities arise. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by explaining the benefits of additional products and services to customers and seizing opportunities to sell Maintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams to review
Qualifications:

Arabic speaker and know English as a second language Organization Time management Clear verbal and written Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Educational background in business, marketing, or finance Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively. Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts, and escalate tactfully Sales experience is a plus. Proficient in using computer systems and programs. A customer-first attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Salary expectations:

2500 AED monthly
