We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Care Support Executive

to join our team in the Forex trading industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely support to clients, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and basic knowledge of Forex trading or financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, phone, and support tickets. Provide accurate information regarding Forex trading accounts, deposits/withdrawals, trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or others), and company services. Assist clients with account opening, verification (KYC), and onboarding processes. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. Monitor client activity and provide guidance on platform usage or technical issues. Ensure clients receive a high standard of service and support in line with company policies. Collaborate with the compliance and finance teams for account-related queries. Educate clients on available products, tools, promotions, and trading conditions. Contribute to improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous experience in

customer support

, ideally within the

Forex / Financial Services

industry. Strong communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus. Basic understanding of Forex trading concepts, trading platforms, and financial markets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
