We are looking for a motivated and persuasive
Customer
Sales Representative
to join our growing sales team.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain customer records and track sales activities in CRM. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Handle objections professionally and close deals effectively.
Requirements
Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales drive and target-oriented mindset. Basic computer knowledge. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
