Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate with domestic Air Cargo sales colleagues and Dubai-based Air Cargo clients, and follow up with them.
2. Provide daily updates on shipment status and after-sales service.
3. Assist with payment collection.
4. Maintain daily customer relations.
5.Follow up with clients, liaise with domestic partners, assist with payment collection, maintain customer relationships, etc.
Requirements
UAE Logistic Sales or Customer Service experience is must
Bachelor Degree in management or IT
Good Communications Skills in English and any other Language
ability to join with short notice period
Asian & Philippines Candidates are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
