Job Summary:

Empire Real Estate Developments is seeking a proactive, professional, and customer-oriented

Customer Service Representative

to serve as the first point of contact for clients and investors. The ideal candidate will ensure that every customer interaction reflects the company's commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction in all real estate dealings.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to property sales, handovers, payments, and after-sales services. Maintain professional communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Coordinate with the Sales, Admin and Finance departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests or complaints. Keep detailed and updated customer records in the CRM system. Assist clients with appointment scheduling, document submissions, and payment confirmations. Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, balances, or service requests. Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of Booking Forms, Sales Purchase Agreements Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in customer service, preferably in

real estate, property development,

within the UAE. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English is mandatory; Arabic is an advantage). Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (experience with real estate CRMs preferred). Professional appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and handle client queries in a fast-paced environment.
