We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Customer Service Representative
to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our services/products, and closing deals to meet set sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads Clearly communicate product/service details to customers Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact to ensure successful conversions Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using the CRM system Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaign strategies
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage) Ability to work independently and under pressureWhat We Offer:
