Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Customer Service Officer. The Customer Service Officer will handle day-to-day customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, support, and service. Duties include responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, managing customer accounts, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills Strong background in customer satisfaction and customer experience Experience in customer support and customer service roles Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in using customer service software and tools Ability to work in a multicultural environment Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Communications, or Customer Service Management
