Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will guide clients through every step of the real estate transaction process with professionalism, strong communication, and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide guidance and assistance through the process of property purchase, sale, or lease. Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Conduct market analysis to estimate property values.
Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a Customer Service Representative. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently with excellent time management. Familiarity with CRM software and real estate databases. High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
