Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to stay calm and handle difficult situations professionally
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
2+ years of experience
