Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

in a professional and efficient manner.

Manage and nurture client relationships

through regular communication, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Effectively communicate Cloud Genny's product and service offerings to potential and existing clients. Identify sales opportunities and actively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets. Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex matters when necessary. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Cloud Genny's product updates.
Requirements:

Native or near-native fluency in Arabic is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Demonstrated ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism and empathy.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
