in-person, phone, and email support
inSpanish, English, and French
.? Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and sales-related requests.
? Achieve and exceed
monthly sales targets
through excellent service and upselling.? Maintain strong knowledge of the
Dubai/UAE market
to offer tailored solutions.? Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.
? Document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish, English, and French

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
?
Hospitality experience is a plus.
? Proven track record of
meeting/exceeding sales targets.
? Strong
negotiation & communication skills.
? Ability to
work under pressure
