Job Advertisement: Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for building and maintaining positive customer relationships, serving as the central coordinator for all customer print jobs. This role is responsible for handling client inquiries, processing orders, providing quotes, tracking jobs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a prompt and professional manner
Provide accurate price quotes and product information based on customer requirements
Enter and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring all job specifications are clear and complete
Coordinate with design, prepress, and production departments to ensure jobs are produced to specifications and deadlines
Track job progress and proactively communicate status updates to customers
Resolve customer issues or complaints efficiently and professionally
Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and capabilities
Assist in creating and maintaining customer records, job files, and related documentation
Support the sales team in managing customer accounts and building client relationships
