About the Role:

. As aCustomer Service Representative / Guest Host
, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. This role combines hospitality, customer service, and team support.Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about our food, ingredients, and serving style Handle customer requests and resolve concerns effectively Support restaurant operations including cashiering, team assistance Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area Demonstrate flexibility in performing various tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn about Japanese cuisine and Marugame Udon's food process Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, team player, and customer-first mindset Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
