Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; provide accurate information about services and appointments.
Schedule and confirm bookings, follow up with clients, and maintain an updated database.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or front-desk roles (preferably in a medical, beauty, or hospitality environment).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business).
Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and ability to work as part of a team.
