As a Renewal Executive at SBK, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the renewal process for existing property leases and contracts, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Renewal Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking to renew their property leases or contracts. Coordinate all aspects of the renewal process, including documentation, negotiations, and agreement finalization.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns. Address inquiries promptly and professionally, providing personalized assistance to ensure client satisfaction.
Contract Administration:
Manage all documentation related to lease renewals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to company policies and legal requirements. Maintain organized records and databases to facilitate efficient renewal processes.
Negotiation and Communication:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to negotiate renewal terms and conditions. Communicate effectively with clients to convey renewal options, resolve disputes, and address any issues or concerns.
Proactive Outreach:
Proactively reach out to clients prior to lease expiration to discuss renewal options and promote timely decision-making. Anticipate potential challenges or obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree , or related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Salary : 4000 + Commission
