Key Responsibilities:




Answer customer calls, emails, and chat messages. Resolve complaints and provide effective solutions. Process customer requests, orders, and account updates. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Qualifications:




High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
