We are seeking a
female Customer Care Executive
with alaboratory / healthcare background
to join our team in Dubai (DMCC). The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in ahospital or medical center
in the UAE, with strong communication and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:
Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services. Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination. Maintain professional communication with patients and internal teams. Ensure smooth customer service operations in line with healthcare standards. Manage and update patient records as required.
Requirements:
Female candidates only. Prior experience in
customer service within a hospital, clinic, or medical laboratory in the UAE
is mandatory. Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Hindi
. Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly approach. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.Benefits:
