Key Responsibilities:
Receive holiday homes client inquiries
Communicate with clients and understand their requirements
Successfully close holiday homes bookings
Answer calls from customers and direct them to the right department
General Administrative work if needed
Requirements:
Reliably commute to Business Bay daily
Work from home option
1+ years experience as customer service representative or dealing with clients
An excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English
