The Role
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service. - Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests accurately and in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and call scripts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
