Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service / sales support within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Export, Import, and Cross-Trade shipment handling.
  • Hands-on experience with FRESA or similar logistics ERP systems.
  • Ability to prepare accurate quotations, shipping documents (BL instructions, invoices, profit/loss sheets), and manage end-to-end shipment processes.
  • Skilled in client relationship management, handling enquiries, and converting quotations into confirmed jobs.
  • Excellent coordination skills with sales, operations, customer service, and credit control teams.
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
