Position Overview:
Alliance Insurance is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Life Department at our Head Office in Deira, Dubai. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, collaborate with the technical team, and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be integral in maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction and supporting department operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assign customer inquiries to the appropriate technical team members.
  • Ensure the technical team addresses customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in creating a customer-focused environment within the department.
  • Resolve customer issues within the set time frame and escalate complex cases to management.
  • Identify and resolve issues that affect service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Department Head.
  • Resolve billing and credit issues, and maintain daily logs for policy administration and client services.
  • Manage customer complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution, maintaining an up-to-date complaint register.
  • Support business system projects and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Maintain best practices to meet KPIs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide backup assistance to team members when needed.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with customer service management systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a focus on accuracy and consistency in managing customer inquiries and service logs.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments to meet common goals.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Focus: A proactive and empathetic attitude towards customer needs and concerns.
