Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthy meal preparation services, handling customer inquiries, receiving orders, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our healthy meal preparation services to potential and existing customers Receive and process customer calls and orders accurately and efficiently Address and resolve customer concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help improve service offerings

Qualifications & Experience:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the food industry is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle calls and orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of healthy food options and meal preparation is a plus Motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-focused
