Quick Plus Group is hiring motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information Record customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system Promote products and services when appropriate Meet daily and monthly targets and KPIs set by the management Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu
Basic computer skills and typing speed Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Ability to work in shifts if required Immediate availability to joinJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
