Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve complaints and provide accurate product/service information
Maintain customer records in CRM systems
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Follow up to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or above
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in English; multilingual candidates are a plus
Computer literacy and ability to use CRM tools
