Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details. Assist clients with troubleshooting, complaints, and service requests, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently. Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues. Follow up on customer feedback and escalate concerns when necessary. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and suggestions. Meet individual and team performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client support, or a similar role. Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in English (written and spoken). A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software is a plus. Preferred Language: Tagalog, Arabic, Urdu. English Mandatory
