Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Car Rental

Job Summary:

We are seeking a

professional and customer-focused CSR

to join our car rental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with reservations, inquiries, and vehicle returns while ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with rental inquiries. Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently. Explain rental terms, insurance options, and pricing details. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally. Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicle availability. Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Promote additional services such as GPS, insurance, and upgrades. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in customer service or car rental is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer applications. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Professional appearance and positive attitude. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate:
