  • Maintain customer records by updating account information accurately.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and platform updates.
  • Experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, or Shopify-based platforms
