Roles and Responsibilities
Acquiring new customers from Customer Enquiries, Leads and References
Respond to customer Enquiries via phone, messages and live chat.
Provide product information and assist in decision-making.
Resolve complaints and process
Coordinate with team agents and report to team leaders
Skills required
Education in Diploma or Any graduate
1 year + customer service experience preferred.
