About the Role:

Flying Colour Business Setup Services LLC is hiring a

Lead Qualifying Officer

to connect with prospects, qualify marketing leads, and support our sales growth. If you have great communication skills, CRM experience, and a passion for driving results, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with leads to confirm interest and eligibility. Qualify leads for Golden Visa and business services based on set criteria. Maintain accurate CRM records and handover qualified leads to the sales team. Requalify unresponsive leads and support weekly lead investigations. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize the lead pipeline.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and client-handling skills. CRM knowledge preferred; telesales/lead generation experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
