Forte Clinical Laboratory is seeking a dynamic and professional female Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our facility, handling front desk responsibilities and occasionally supporting the team in promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls, daily WhatsApp inquiries, and respond to emails promptly and efficiently. Manage scheduling, appointments, and general administrative tasks. Support the team during promotional activities and public events. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a lab or healthcare setting is preferred. Previous experience in reception or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanour. Arabic language is a plus. Must be comfortable representing the company at events when needed.
