Job title: Customer Service Executive
Role Summary:
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for calling inbound & Outbound Calling, screening them, and passing qualified leads to the sales team. Additionally, they will track leads through the entire sales process. The role also includes the development and correction of initial sales scripts to ensure effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & Outbound calls from potential clients and screen leads.
oQualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
oTrack leads from initial contact through the screening call process.
oFollow up with leads as necessary to ensure smooth progression.
oDevelop and correct initial sales scripts to enhance lead engagement and conversion.
oMaintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activity.
Qualifications :
oMinimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate.
oProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
oStrong attention to detail and ability to track leads through the screening call process.
oGoal-oriented with a focus on lead qualification and sales support.
oExperience in developing and refining sales scripts.
