Offer professional travel advice and recommend options tailored to client preferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with suppliers and partners to secure accurate bookings and confirmations.
Process reservations, generate invoices, and manage follow-ups for pending payments.
Conduct outbound calls to potential leads, including cold calling activities.
Manage phone inquiries, address customer concerns, and provide prompt assistance.
Stay informed about the latest travel deals, promotions, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Open to female candidates only.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), with proficiency in at least one additional language: Urdu, Hindi, Arabic, or Tagalog.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer service is required.
Proven ability in outbound calling and cold calling.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
