Position Overview:


We're looking for a motivated and personable

Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them through our onboarding process. If you're a great communicator who thrives in a tesales-driven environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer support Promote and explain financial products and services Maintain accurate records in the system Follow up on leads and schedule consultations for senior advisors Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications:



Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or financial services (preferred but not required) Strong organizational and time-management abilities Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented Basic computer and software skills
