We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Customer Service Executive cum Marketing
in the jewellery industry. This role combines customer service responsibilities with marketing support to enhance brand engagement, customer satisfaction, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and a creative mindset to contribute to marketing initiatives.
Customer Service:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
Assist customers with inquiries related to jewellery products, pricing, customization, and after-sales services.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Marketing Support:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote jewellery collections, offers, and events.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by creating engaging content, responding to comments, and increasing brand awareness.
Coordinate with designers and photographers for product catalogues, promotional materials, and advertisements.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Support email marketing, SMS campaigns, and loyalty programs to retain customers.
Assist in organizing in-store events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Experience:
1-3 years in customer service and/or marketing, preferably in the jewellery, luxury, or retail industry
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Females preferred.
Candidates with sponsored visa preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
