We are hiring!!

Designation : Customer Service Respresentative

3 -5 years of industry experience in industrial goods, hardware, electronics, and eCommerce

platforms such as Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end

customer service process--including order management, responding to product and delivery

inquiries, handling returns, and resolving issues to ensure seamless customer experience.?

Key Responsibilities:




Listen attentively to customer inquiries and complaints, empathize with their

concerns, and take appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely and professional

manner.


Handle customer issues and service requests across various channels (phone, email,

chat, social media), ensuring a positive customer experience.


Maintain a courteous and friendly tone during all customer interactions, even in

high-pressure or challenging situations.


Accurately record and update customer interactions, including details of inquiries,

actions taken, and resolution outcomes in the CRM system.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, logistics, technical

support, and product development to ensure seamless issue resolution.


Track and follow up on customer concerns to ensure full resolution and satisfaction,

maintaining a customer-first approach.

Promote customer loyalty and retention by delivering a personalized and solution-

oriented service experience.


Stay updated on product features, changes, and service offerings to provide accurate

and informed support.


Escalate unresolved or complex cases to senior team members or management, as

appropriate.


Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and performance targets, contributing to the

team's overall success.

Skills Requirements:




Proven experience in customer service, preferably within trading, distribution,

industrial goods, hardware, or electronics sectors.


Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon) and online order

management systems.


Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
