As a Customer Service Representative at First Flight Couriers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, possess excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Hindi is considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide information about products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Identify and analyze customer issues, offering viable solutions and troubleshooting assistance. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service. Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Stay informed about the company's services to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.

Experience & Qualifications:

1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role. Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Knowledge of Hindi is considered an added advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze problems, propose effective solutions, and follow through to resolution. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
