Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Engage with customers across various channels to understand needs, promote KINTO products, and recommend suitable rental solutions to achieve sales targets. Manage leads and customer interactions through Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Process online and in-person reservations, verify documents, prepare contracts, handle payments, and issue receipts. Monitor and manage bookings via platforms such as Booking.com and Self Drive. Explain rental terms, coordinate vehicle handovers, and ensure service quality and compliance with company policies. Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, including escalations from the call center and social media. Support fleet operations, including vehicle inspections, replacements, maintenance coordination, and accident report handling. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
