About The Job


We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact with our customers. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing Mondial's values.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer calls and inquiries. Resolve complaints and problems effectively. Provide exceptional service that reflects the company's identity. Coordinate with other teams to ensure service continuity.

Requirements:



Minimum 3 years of customer service experience. Fluency in Arabic and English. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Professional and customer-oriented attitude. Valid residency in Qatar. Immediate availability to join.
Location: Al Wakrah, Qatar

Work Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,300.00 per month
