Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and inquiries.

Coordinate with other teams to ensure service continuity.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
Valid residency in Qatar.
Immediate availability to join.
