Customer Service Representative & Dog Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a warm, organized, and animal-loving receptionist to be the first friendly face our clients see at our boarding and daycare facility. You'll manage the front desk operations, provide top-notch customer service to pet owners, and ensure smooth scheduling and communication between staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet pet parents and their pets warmly upon arrival Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally Schedule daycare, boarding, grooming, and other appointments Check pets in and out of the facility, verifying all necessary documentation and vaccinations Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies Handle payments and issue receipts using the center's POS system Maintain clean and organized reception and waiting areas Communicate clearly with kennel and daycare staff regarding client needs and pet details Keep detailed and accurate records in the system for each client and pet Assist with inventory of front-desk supplies and retail items Provide compassionate customer service in cases of emergency or pet health concerns Help in other departments such and handling & grooming if needed.
Requirements

2 years of experience in similar role.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
