We are looking for a professional and experienced female Call Center Agent to join our high-end medical center located in Majan - Al Barari, Dubai.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical or aesthetics field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems or communication tools.
Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented personality.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Provide support and follow-up with clients.
Coordinate with reception and sales teams.
Salary: AED 4,000 - 6,000 (based on experience and performance)
Location: Majan, Al Barari - Dubai
